The Loop will be the home of Manitoba Harness Racing and a multi-use entertainment destination centre. The facility will include:
- A race track that can offer exceptional entertainment value through versatile usability.
- Paddock and stabling area will not only provide stabling for horses brought in for the day, but also offer patrons the opportunity to get up close to the horses for an engaging experience.
- State-of-the-art facilities like a dedicated office space, storage area and washrooms will ensure smooth operations and unhindered experience for the visitors.
- Parking lot immediately adjacent to the race track site that can accommodate up to 2,000 cars. Additional race parking lot space will support bigger vehicles like large trucks and horse trailers, keeping them separate from public parking.
- Bleachers and clubhouse will be a part of future expansion of this ambitious project. The fully enclosed all-season clubhouse will include a full commercial kitchen, dining room, sports bar, VLTs and more.
