
As of February 2025, the Red River Exhibition Association has assumed management of the sports venue known as John Blumberg Park. (Excluding the golf course.)

General Park Rules
All participants, coaches and spectators of John Blumberg Park agree to comply with the following rules and regulations, and are expected to demonstrate respect, positive sportsmanship, and fair play.
• Water: Bottle filling stations will be installed early in the season.
• Washrooms: The main washrooms are located on the east side of the ground level.
• Accessibility: There are pathways and ramps throughout the park to assist with wheelchair access. All public buildings at the park are wheelchair accessible.
• Entry Fee: There is no cost to enter the park.
• Food & Beverage: For 2025, the ground level concession and upper level sports bar will be open. Please check back here for hours of operation. Team lunch options and the menu will be posted here.
• Pets are allowed, however, they must be on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, failure to do so will result in $150 fine, and may result in a no pet policy being implemented throughout the park.
Code of Conduct
There will be zero tolerance for any umpire abuse, profanity, and threats of any kind toward opposing players, facility staff, or league officials. All umpire decisions are final, and failure to comply with these rules will lead to ejection of the complex. Damage to park property will not be tolerated, and will result in immediate ejection from the property.
Weather Cancellations
Any cancellation due to weather will be at the discretion of the coach or officials.
Booking Cancellations
Rental fees are non-refundable.
Park Rules
• The Red River Exhibition Association and John Blumberg Park reserve the right to deny entry and/or service to any guest of the park who does not comply with the rules and regulations set in place. Rules will be enforced by park and league officials; refusal may result in fines and/or suspension.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed in the park. No coolers.
• No sunflower seeds allowed in the Park.
• The Red River Exhibition Association and John Blumberg Park management, along with all officials and tournament organizers, reserve the right to inspect all personal items, including bags and purses, wagons etc. entering the complex. Outside alcohol, illegal drugs, and prohibited items will be confiscated.
• Drug use is strictly prohibited in any area of John Blumberg Park.
• Open liquor is not permitted outside the licensed area. All alcohol found outside these areas, will be confiscated and will be subject to fines.
• Teams are responsible for their own diamond set-up.
• Renters are responsible for their own diamond/ field clean up. Failure to use the provided garbage and recycling receptacles will result in a $150 fine to the team, repeated offences will result in a team suspension from the park.
