Over the last ten years, the Red River Exhibition Association has given back over $1,000,000 to various community organizations and individuals, in the form of financial support, scholarships and bursaries. Check out the scholarships and bursaries you may be eligible for!

AEROSPACE INDUSTRY:

This industry was founded in 1996 by the Red River Exhibition Association in memory of Bob Lang.

The Bob Lang Memorial Scholarships are presented in honour the memory of Bob Lang, a long serving employee of the association and are provided to young people pursuing apprenticeship positions in the aerospace industry. Deadline to apply: second Friday in May by 11:59 pm.

AGRICULTURE AND AGRI-FOOD INDUSTRY:

This industry was founded in 2001 by the Red River Exhibition Association in honour of the Farm Family of the Year.

Farm Family of the Year:

One, $1,500 scholarship is awarded in honour of the Farm Family of the Year.

Two, $1,000 scholarships are presented to applicants taking a recognized Manitoba academic or vocational course.

Manitoba Farm Women’s Conference:

TOURISM INDUSTRY:

This industry was founded by the Tourism Industry Associaton of Winnipeg in 2000.

Tourism Industry Association of Winnipeg and the Manitoba Festivals and Events Industry Association present scholarships to young people pursuing tourism diploma programs at Université de Saint-Boniface, Red River College or Assiniboine Community College. Deadline to apply: second Friday in May by 11:59 pm.

This industry was founded by the W. Garfield Weston Foundation and the real Canadian Superstore in 2005.

Three, W. Garfield Weston Foundation and the real Canadian Superstore scholarships are presented to Manitoba residents wishing to enter or continue their post secondary studies in a business related program at a Manitoba University or accredited College.
