In alignment with our organizational objectives, the Red River Exhibition Association (RREA) actively supports our community in various ways, including providing tickets to our events and other in-kind support.
Eligibility
All requests for donations must come from registered charities based in Manitoba. Requests for tickets or other in-kind donations for individuals, political candidates or campaigns, sports team fundraisers or other personal fundraising (such as wedding socials) and entities that are not registered charities will not be considered.
Process
Requests for donations must be sent in writing on official letterhead at least four weeks before the event start date. Please include the following information in your request:
• A brief description of your organization, its mission, and who will benefit from the donation. Please include, if applicable, how you will recognize the RREA for its donation.
• The amount of tickets you are requesting.
• Contact information for the person who will collect or arrange the collection of the donated tickets.
