The Backyard Circus invites families to return to the days before TV - when boys and girls made up their own fun in their own back yards. Costumes drop right over kids’ clothes, and all are welcome to join in this nostalgic exercise of pure imagination. The backyard Circus will be the feature Family Attraction, located in the Hydro PowerSmart Imagination Station promises to be a BIG Family Fun. After each performance join in the PUPPET PARADE as kids and parents parade through the Midway with large Puppets that the entire family controls. Manitoba Farm Animal Council presents the Touch the Farm Interpretive Center which features various industry producers display the handling and care of Farm Animals while providing information on the various producers groups and how farming practices have evolved and are regulated. Hand wash stations are available at the Petting Zoo and are recommended for use by all visitors. www.mfac.ca

This is an EX Family Favorite, located at the north end of Kiddieland next to the Touch the Farm interpretive center in Monsanto Farm Country. Ken Jen Petting Zoo is not just animals. It is made up of many parts, skillfully assembled to create an attractive display, designed for the enjoyment of both children and accompanying adults. The most important ingredient is "The Animals". They are hand raised from babies so that they are completely tame for the children to feed and pet. They all have their very own names and personalities. This area is a active Family Fun Activity area that will feature the Backyard Circus, Family Crafts, face painting and other hands on activities for the entire family. PowerSmart Imagination Station is located at the start of Kiddieland in a park like setting.

Doo Doo the clown has been entertaining audience across Canada and the World since 1980 since he began in 1980. He has had his own cable television shows and a is a feature at various community event, fairs and festivals. Doo Doo will be providing strolling entertainment in the Kiddieland midway area during the EX and will provide families a Fun Filled EXperience. His unique talents include Magic, Balloon Animals and just making people laugh.
